Congenital mesenteric defects in an adult: A case report

چکیده
A congenital mesenteric defect in an adult is very rare, but can cause internal hernia with small bowel obstruction. Awareness of defects important to the general surgeon when faced acute abdominal condition. We report a case 40-year-old man who presented emergency department pain. An X-ray revealed multiple air fluid levels dilatation and large bowels suggestive obstruction or ischaemia, perforations. He underwent laparotomy through midline incision. was discovered viable bowel. primary repair carried out. The patient had uneventful recovery. Early diagnosis treatment are essential avoid ischaemia decrease mortality morbidity.
